Responsibilities
Safety First: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines. Ensure 100% compliance with safety procedures, with a focus on preventing accidents and maintaining a safe work environment
Product Integrity: Handle materials and products with care to prevent any damage. Maintain a record of zero product damage incidents
Attendance: Arrive promptly for scheduled shifts, ready to work. Demonstrate consistent attendance and reliability
Pallet Completion: Ensure 100% completion of pallets with no errors. Maintain accuracy in pallet assembly and stacking according to company standards
Order Picking: Efficiently pick daily orders and accurately receive containers. Contribute to maintaining inventory accuracy through precise handling and recording of materials
Warehouse Maintenance: Keep work areas and the warehouse clean and organized. Follow sanitation protocols to ensure a hygienic environment for all staff
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a forklift operator or similar role
Strong focus on safety and adherence to safety regulations
Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
