Responsibilities
Manage existing key accounts - house builders - and where necessary - installer sales in the US, with a focus on CA
Execute expansion sales strategy in the US
Undertake business development tasks for the region, really understanding and penetrating the regional and national house builders
Be a brand advocate, ensuring exceptional knowledge of the full product portfolio
Attend all initial commercial and product queries
Manage sales pipeline and achieve or surpass sales goals set
Actively acquire new customers specifically with solar and electrical installers
Maintain relationships with installers and distributors across the US
Organise and conduct sales and product training to partners and clients
Consolidate brand presence in region
Assist in the growth of the headcount
Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions and external marketing
Qualification
Required
Possess a passion for energy, renewables, engineering and the clean energy market
Proven sales experience selling high-tech innovative products within a market region
Track record of increasing market share in a challenging market
Exceptional business relationship management skills and acumen
Excellent negotiation skills
A strong and clear communicator
Customer-orientated, focused on delivering client satisfaction
Passion for selling great and cutting-edge products
Enthusiasm for learning and affinity for solar, energy storage and renewables sector
Ability to work within demanding and rapid growth setting
Independent worker but also a team player
Preferred
Direct experience with solar pv, solar systems, or energy storage technologies advantageous, or related industries like heating, HVAC, etc
Possess an understanding of the local Solar and ESS market preferable
