Responsibilities
Assist with planning, drafting, and scheduling social media content across platforms (Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
Support promotion of books, written content, and thought leadership materials
Research social media trends, audience engagement strategies, and comparable brands
Draft and edit captions, short-form posts, and promotional copy
Track basic performance metrics (engagement, reach, clicks) and summarize insights
Assist with organizing content calendars and digital assets
Collaborate on experiments aimed at increasing visibility, engagement, and revenue
Qualification
Required
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
Interest in social media, digital storytelling, or content strategy
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines
Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office)
Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn
Enthusiasm for mission-driven work and personal development content
