They are seeking a motivated Junior No-Code Automation Engineer to troubleshoot and optimize their no-code ecosystem, primarily focusing on bug fixing and automation refinement.

Responsibilities
Debug and resolve issues in no-code platforms such as Make.com, Zapier, Keragon, Vapi.ai, Retell.ai, GoHighLevel, and Twilio integrations (e.g., searching error messages, testing workflows, and iterating on fixes via LLM-assisted prompts). This will be 90%+ of the job duties. This is asynchronous work, with regular check-ins via Zoom and Loom between yourself and our CEO to ensure task completion and clarity
Configure and troubleshoot website bugs (forms, animations, interactions, etc.) within webflow.com via manual or ai-assisted editing
Assist with API connections and credential management for services like Grok API, FireCrawl, Stripe, and Figma, ensuring smooth data flows without deep custom coding
Leverage LLMs to edit prompts, identify automation bottlenecks, and propose improvements—think "prompt engineer meets bug hunter."
Monitor and report on system performance in real-time, escalating complex issues to the team
Contribute to expanding our stack as new tools (e.g., additional AI services) are added, with a focus on quick learning and adaptability
More of the tools we use include Canva, Tally.so Forms, Loom, Grok API, FireCrawl, Figma, Webflow, Google Workspace, NameCheap for domains, DataForSEO, Readdy.ai, and other similar no-code ai // API tools
Qualification
Required
Basic familiarity with no-code tools or willingness and aptitude to learn fast (experience with Zapier/Make.com a plus, but not mandatory)
Strong problem-solving skills: Ability to use search engines/LLMs to decode errors and test solutions
Reliable for 20-40 hours/week; remote. Potential for in-person coworking if based in the Minneapolis, US area (where our CEO and Founder is located)
Enthusiasm for SaaS startups—ideal for new coders or professionals building their portfolio
