The Expanded Collective is a fast-growing coaching business helping chiropractors build marketing systems that actually work. They are seeking an Executive Assistant & Brand Manager to create social media content, manage podcast production, and support clients while handling day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities
Creating our social media content (because you'll actually be in the room and get our voice)
Managing podcast production
Supporting our clients so they feel taken care of
Handling our calendars, inbox, and day-to-day operations
Being our second brain
Qualification
Required
Local to Orange County (can commute to Orange area 3-4x/week)
1-3 years experience in EA, admin, social media, or operations
Strong social media skills (Canva, basic video editing, caption writing)
Warm, personable, proactive
Comfortable creating content
Organized but adaptable
