Territory Sales Manager - The Tank Brewing Company
Nosh.com is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for The Tank Brewing Company, a growing player in Miami’s craft beer scene. The role involves planning and executing sales activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and building relationships with retailers, bars, and distributors.

Ability to work flexible hours and participate in key promotions and events, including nights and weekends
Highly organized with ability to manage priorities and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, competitive mindset
Ability to hit sales targets, volumes and goals
Ability to plan monthly sales strategy, routing, and account prioritization
Project a friendly, courteous, and professional image. Highly self-motivated and results oriented
Maintain retail call frequency to include selling process, inventory levels, building and restocking, permanent point of sales placements, rotate products, planning promotion activities. Follow up on delivery issues and capable to solve billing issues
Ability to coordinate brand information, supply POS material and keep open communication with state Distributor network in order to better sell through products
Excellent sales call coordination and continuous communication with Distributor sales representatives
Make daily decisions regarding retail inventory levels using past sales history, sales data tools, seasonal, competitive activity and special promotional activities
Introduce and sell in new brands and packages, including activities to support sell through, as necessary complete required paperwork / computer tracking such as: account level objective tracking, expense reports, tracking forms, surveys and work orders
Establish and monitor quality control standards (product freshness, finished product loss)
Communicating with brewery staff about upcoming beers and beers inventory, including special releases and allocations of product for accounts
Keep and maintain open communication with Brewery staff about different promotions and events
Qualification
Required
Must be 21 years of age
Valid State Driver's license
Must possess both, verbal and written excellent communication, time management, and organization skills
Excellent internal and external customer orientation
Excellent people and results oriented skills
Outgoing and enthusiastic
Physically fit with no limiting medical conditions
Excellent Computer skills - Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Bachelor's degree preferred or High Schools diploma or GED certificate required
This position requires successful completion of the Certified Beer Server exam within the first four weeks of employment. Failure to pass this exam will result in termination
Preferred

2 -3 years beverage industry experience preferred
VIP and PowerBI experience strongly preferred
