Experiential Event Sales Partner (Founding Role, Commission-Only)
Thousand Bit Inc. is building a new kind of immersive haunted attraction called Sinister Inn, which is designed for modern audiences and venues. They are seeking a founding sales partner responsible for licensing the attraction into various venues and events while owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

Responsibilities
Prospect and close licensing and partnership deals for Sinister Inn
Identify and pursue touring, pop-up, seasonal, and non-traditional venues
Structure creative, mutually beneficial deals (revenue share, flat license, hybrid models)
Build and manage a pipeline of qualified partners
Collaborate closely with the Founder & operations to ensure sales align with execution realities
Qualification
Required
3+ years experience in experiential events, live attractions, event partnerships, venue sales, or licensing
Proven ability to close B2B deals involving physical experiences or limited engagements
Comfort selling something new, innovative, and non-obvious
Strong communication skills and self-direction
Passion for immersive experiences, themed entertainment, horror, games, or experiential storytelling
Preferred
VR familiarity is a plus, but not the focus
