Responsibilities
Manage the Implementation Specialists and Integration Consultants
Observe the general market, identify new or updated integration methods in accordance with company standards, strategies, and tactics, and introduce and train the Training and Implementation team at large
Work with corporate Training & Education department to ensure consistent implementation of training content and methods and providing feedback from the field on customer training needs and efficiency and effectiveness of training content and tools
Understanding the DM value proposition and how significantly it can change a dental/ortho practice workflow
Enable the ISP team to effectively manage the training process of newly acquired customers to ensure both clinical support along the complete customer adoption journey and continuous process improvement
Build and execute strategic account plans to exceed sales targets, company KPIs and objectives
Build, motivate, develop and retain a high performing training and implementation team
Partner with customers and KOLs to understand their business objectives and critical issues
Attend trade shows, both local and international
Manage underperformance effectively
Collaborate with other Implementation Managers and Leads to aggregate critical feedback on team performance, market, and competitive trends; facilitating actionable goals and improvements for the Senior Manager of Implementation & Customer
Experience to deliver to key stakeholders
Be located in the U.S. Central Region, preferably in Texas
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years experience as a Practice/Office Manager
Experience and proven success in a training/education/clinical role, either having worked as a Training and Implementation Specialist or industry equivalent
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire your team and coworkers
A background in med-tech, dental or ortho required
The ability to build and maintain positive mutual partnerships with internal and external customers
Native Speaker of the local language
Marketplace expert
Minimum of 7 years' experience in the orthodontic or similar industry
An intimate knowledge of the DentalMind product portfolio and services offered
Be located in the U.S. Central Region, preferably in Texas
Preferred
Strong organizational skills
IT knowledge with a high appreciation for new technology
Ability to influence and challenge customers' ways of thinking
