Responsibilities

Contribute to the development of the company’s inorganic growth strategy in alignment with long-term corporate objectives
Proactively source, screen, and cultivate relationships with potential acquisition targets, investment opportunities, and strategic partners
Identify and quantify opportunities associated with emerging technologies, adjacent markets, and potential expansion vectors
Lead financial modeling, valuation analyses, and scenario planning for potential transactions
Conduct rigorous assessments of target financials, industry dynamics, synergies, and integration requirements
Prepare and deliver data-driven recommendations to senior leadership and the Board
Manage the end-to-end M&A process from initial evaluation to closing
Suggest and implement M&A process improvements
Structure transactions and negotiate key commercial terms in collaboration with executive leadership
Coordinate and oversee cross-functional due diligence, including key functional workstreams (financial, legal, operational, commercial, technical, HR, etc.)
Serve as the primary interface with internal and external legal counsel
Support the drafting, review, and negotiation of term sheets, letters of intent, purchase agreements, and ancillary documentation
Ensure alignment across internal stakeholders on deal structure, terms, and post-close requirements
Refine financial models throughout diligence process and support transition to operating business plans
Partner with integration management office, business unit leaders, finance, and operations on integration planning
Support post-transaction performance monitoring and ensure realization of strategic and financial objectives
Communicate effectively with executive leadership regarding pipeline, deal progress, and strategic insights
Mentor and develop junior team members; contribute to building a world-class corporate development function
