Learn the fundamentals of insurance, sales, and client service through training
Connect with potential clients and start meaningful conversations
Ask good questions, listen well, and help clients understand their options
Present insurance solutions clearly and confidently
Work closely with team members to support clients after the sale
Track your activity, follow processes, and keep accurate records
Continuously improve your communication, sales, and problem-solving skills
Work toward performance goals with coaching and support
Qualification
Required
No prior insurance experience required
Must be able to obtain the required insurance license(s) in the state(s) you are selling in within 90 days of hire
Strong communication skills and a people-first mindset
Coachable, curious, and open to feedback
Self-motivated and able to manage your time
Comfortable using basic technology and learning new systems
Reliable, professional, and ready to grow
