Responsibilities
Lead the development of retailer-specific category growth strategies for assigned customers/retailers aligned with the company’s goals
Deliver actionable 4P insights (Product, Placement, Pricing, Promotion) that directly fuel selling efforts and joint business planning
Create customer-facing selling stories
Analyze category performance, market trends, and consumer data to identify opportunities for improvement
Support sales team efforts with category insights and strategy recommendations
Participate in sales meetings/calls with Sales team
Qualification
Required
About 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the FMCG/CPG industry
Proven experience in sales, negotiation, and relationship management
Deep expertise in syndicated and shopper data tools such as IRI, Circana, NielsenIQ, Numerator, or other related syndicated data tools
Advanced Excel skills
Understanding of go-to-market strategies, customer structures, and business practices
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and influencing skills
Proactive and results-driven mindset
Experience with a retailer or similar accounts is a plus
Occasional business trips required
On-site position
Preferred
Good command of French or Spanish is an asset
