Project Coordinator
TMD Companies is redefining construction procurement, specializing in windows, doors, and millwork packages for multi-family properties. They are seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to serve as a liaison between Sales and Operations, ensuring efficient order deliveries and optimizing project management workflows.

Responsibilities
Review, approve and maintain all job documentation – including sales orders, purchase orders, receivers, and delivery schedules – ensuring the completion of project deliverables to warehouse/job site
Partner with Sales Managers to develop prospecting strategies and execution plans that align with client goals
Create and maintain rigorous project schedules, utilizing formal change control processes to manage revisions and mitigate risks
Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates, facilitating meetings and delivering high-level progress reports to clients and senior leadership
Work alongside the Operations team to resolve support tickets and ensure implementation tasks meet strict deadlines
Identify gaps in current project management workflows and recommend enhancements to increase departmental efficiency
Maintain a centralized library of user guides, training materials, and project documentation to support internal teams and clients
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, Construction Management, or a related field preferred (or equivalent professional experience)
3+ years of experience working in a coordinator capacity within the construction, windows, doors, or building materials industry
Proven track record of managing projects on schedule and within budget while navigating complex legal and business considerations
Highly organized with a commitment to delivering accurate, concise documentation and reporting
Strong communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical updates into actionable insights for stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce); experience with industry-specific software is a plus
Highly organized, process and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently
Customer-focused with a strong commitment to accuracy, responsiveness, and follow-through
Ability to manage completing priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Ability to lift and move materials or samples weighing up to 40 pounds as needed
