Revenue Partnerships Manager (Lead Generation & Monetization)
Responsibilities
Build and manage partnerships with direct advertisers and data buyers
Help evaluate and launch new offers and monetization opportunities
Optimize revenue across exclusive, shared, aged, and overflow leads
Support negotiations around CPA / CPL / rev-share structures
Work closely with internal teams to improve EPC, margins, and scalability
Help reduce reliance on underperforming networks and middlemen
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, lead generation, or performance marketing
Exposure to working with advertisers, networks, buyers, or call centers
Understanding of CPA / CPL models
Understanding of lead quality, caps, and delivery rules
Understanding of basic monetization strategies
Comfortable with numbers and performance-based decision making
Self-starter mindset — able to move deals forward without heavy supervision
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Preferred
Experience in legal, insurance, finance, EDU, or home services
Prior exposure to direct advertiser relationships
Experience monetizing rejected or overflow leads
Attendance at industry events (LeadsCon, Affiliate Summit, etc.)
