Senior Financial Support Specialist
Care Assets is a company that supports the Sault Ste. Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians through strategic government contracting. The Senior Financial Support Specialist will provide advanced financial analysis and oversight, manage budgeting and forecasting, and ensure fiscal accountability in support of federal client organizations.

Responsibilities
Deliver data-driven financial insight – Develop, monitor, and present detailed financial analyses, models, and reports to inform leadership decisions
Ensure budget compliance – Oversee program budgets and forecasts to maintain fiscal integrity and adherence to federal regulations
Support strategic planning – Partner with leadership to align financial performance with programmatic priorities and organizational goals
Enhance reporting accuracy – Maintain and reconcile program records, expenditures, and data across systems to ensure accuracy and accountability
Drive process improvement – Identify efficiencies in budgeting and reporting processes to strengthen internal financial controls
Qualification
Required
Graduate degree in business, finance, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of twelve (12) years of relevant industry experience
Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
Demonstrates a dedication to upholding and enhancing STI Federal's core values
Excels in a collaborative team environment, fostering positive relationships and contributing to shared goals with professionalism and mutual respect
Demonstrates advanced financial analysis and reporting abilities across complex program portfolios
Applies comprehensive understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis to support decision-making
Maintains high proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other data tools for visualization and financial modeling
Exhibits exceptional attention to detail, data integrity, and analytical accuracy
Communicates complex financial information clearly and effectively to diverse technical and executive audiences
Preferred
Experience supporting Advanced Research and Development (ARD) or Medical Countermeasures (MCM) programs
Proficiency with Power BI and Adobe applications preferred
