Responsibilities
Create financial reporting based on both ad-hoc and routine requests
Create AR, AP & GL entries
Routinely reconcile financials, bookings, and bank accounts
Actively participate in month-end close
Process payroll semi-monthly
Participate in annual budget setting and planning
Qualification
Required
BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, OR 5+ years relevant experience
5+ years of accounting experience with the ability to handle AR, AP, GL, and Payroll functions routinely
Experience creating and preparing C-level financial presentations and recommendations
Desire and ability tackle expanded workload to prepare for promotion and future internal growth
Advanced experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
A polished ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
A self-starter with a distinct interest in using talents to drive the growth of an organization
An entrepreneurial mindset and desire to operate independently in a start-up-like environment
Excellent at time management
