Source, manage, and close business sale transactions
Work directly with business owners to prepare, market, and sell their businesses
Qualify buyers and manage deal flow from listing to close
Leverage Iconic’s technology, AI tools, and marketing systems to increase efficiency
Build and grow your personal book of business without artificial caps
Collaborate with a forward-thinking brokerage focused on innovation and results
Qualification
Required
Prior experience as a Business Broker or M&A Advisor
A proven track record of closed business sale transactions
Strong understanding of valuations, buyer qualification, and deal structuring
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
Desire to scale your brokerage business using technology and systems
Comprehensive understanding of financial statements and accounting principles, including GAAP
