The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Qualification
Required
Experience with HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical repairs
Knowledge of carpentry, painting, and general maintenance tasks
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for resolving maintenance issues
Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects
Good communication and interpersonal skills for working with residents and team members
Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and adapt to changing work environments
Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks, including lifting, climbing, and operating tools and equipment
High school diploma or GED required
Preferred
Previous experience in property management or a related field is a plus
Additional technical certifications are an advantage
