Responsibilities

Build trusted relationships with clients' executive leaders to influence long term strategy to drive business results by listening, learning and delivering
Lead growth strategy to drive transformational full funnel growth across client
Lead cross-functionally with measurement, product, specialists and account managers to bring thought leadership to Google and customers
Identify and develop forward thinking strategies based on data analysis while creating business solutions that align with customer goals
Leverage tools like account plans, activation plans, joint business plans, TO and quarterly business reviews to drive momentum and move fast

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
11 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree
Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients

Preferred

Experience building trusted-advisor relationships with C-level executives, and managing multiple projects, business leads, and internal stakeholders
Experience with Google Ad Solutions, with expertise in video advertising (AI-powered Performance and Video, Connected TV) and understanding of competitor landscape across traditional and digital media advertising
Ability to develop joint business plans in complex, ambiguous environments, influence/collaborate across organizations, and drive business success for the customer and Google
Ability to sell/propose creative technologies across a landscape of various decision makers
Excellent strategic and tactical thinking skills, systems thinking, and the ability to align strategies to deliver customer business outcomes
