Responsibilities
Set up new loan files accurately from the start
Review borrower documents for completeness and consistency
Understand and review credit, income, tax returns, and DU findings
Communicate with clients, agents, and partners by email, text, and phone
Keep files organized so nothing is missed
Prepare clean handoffs that support smooth processing and funding
File setup and structure
Early communication and document flow
Supporting a steady, consistent flow of funded loans
Working within clear systems alongside a dedicated processor and funder
Qualification
Required
Mortgage Transaction Coordinator or Loan Processor experience in the broker / wholesale channel
Direct experience working with wholesale lenders (UWM, Rocket TPO, or similar)
Comfortable setting up files in an LOS (ARIVE preferred)
Strong understanding of borrower documents, credit, income, tax returns, and DU findings
Clear, reliable communication skills
Ability to work Pacific or Mountain Time business hours
Preferred
ARIVE experience
Experience supporting double-digit monthly closings
Experience working in structured, systemized environments
Comfort working alongside a processor rather than owning files end to end
