Required

Comprehensive knowledge of Asset Management, including asset performance optimization and risk management strategies
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities
Demonstrated ability to manage a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments
Preferred
MBA or equivalent advanced degree in a relevant field is preferred
Experience in real estate or a related industry is advantageous
