They are seeking a Social Media & Content Manager to strengthen their presence on LinkedIn and support the creation and distribution of their leadership newsletter and blog content.

Responsibilities
Develop and refine a social media strategy aligned with TVG’s brand and goals
Draft, design, and schedule content for LinkedIn, including both copy and graphics
Support drafting, editing, formatting, and distribution of our monthly leadership newsletter, including shaping headlines, calls to action, and overall content flow in partnership with TVG leadership
Provide light editing, formatting, and publishing support for blog content (e.g., WordPress), ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with TVG’s brand
Apply basic SEO and engagement best practices when editing and publishing content to improve visibility and performance
Repurpose long-form content (e.g., blogs, white papers, leadership POVs) into high-quality social posts and newsletter content to maximize reach and engagement
Maintain a consistent posting cadence and manage engagement
Track and analyze performance metrics and provide monthly reporting
Collaborate with TVG team members to gather content ideas and ensure brand consistency
Use HubSpot to manage scheduling, publishing, and analytics
Qualification
Required
Experience managing social media channels for a business or professional services brand
Strong copywriting and visual content creation skills
Proficiency with HubSpot social tools (required)
Understanding of best practices for LinkedIn and Instagram
Ability to translate leadership and organizational development topics into engaging content
Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to work independently
Availability for contract or freelance work
Preferred
Familiarity with B2B marketing
Experience in leadership development, coaching, or consulting
Basic design skills and experience with Canva
Basic experience using WordPress for content updates and edits (no development work required)
