Operations & Community Manager (Part-Time)
Responsibilities
Managing daily floor operations (opening/closing, space readiness)
Supporting member experience and onboarding
Executing events and programs (logistics and setup and promotion)
Coordinating tours and handling basic admin tasks
Assisting with scheduling, calendar coordination, and client follow-ups
Enforcing house rules and escalating issues per SOPs
Qualification
Required
Highly reliable and detail-oriented
Comfortable setting boundaries and following clear processes
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets)
Ability to handle light administrative and coordination work independently
Prior experience in operations, hospitality, coworking, events, or admin is a plus
Available for consistent, in-person shifts and occasional evening events
