Responsibilities
Manage global finance challenges across our firms
Be part of our programs in Africa, strategies and operating orphanages and managing the process of adoption globally
Originate and execute investment opportunities from our own capital
Procure data, validate and form solutions and insights including equity research
Develop strategic and leadership based solutions
Advise and deliver projects across an array HR solutions
Commercial or technical solutions across most digital themes
Analyse and invest as part of our own diversified fund, both equities and Fixed Income, Commodities and Currencies
Work with our sister firm to provide M&A and capital raising solutions
Develop and deliver marketing strategies, generate sales and structure commercial solutions for clients
Qualification
Required
Undergraduates in their final year of study
Experienced graduates that have graduated less than 36 months from graduation date, upon time of application
You must have completed your degree by the time you are part of our program
You can take in information quickly, make sense of it, and form a clear point of view
You approach problems with structure and judgement, and you are comfortable making decisions with imperfect data
You bring pace, resilience, and follow-through, and you work effectively with others without needing excessive direction
You can hold your own in professional conversations, listen to alternative perspectives, and use them to sharpen thinking and outcomes rather than dilute them
This role suits people who are curious, commercially minded, and prepared to be accountable for the quality of their work
