Responsibilities
Compile transactional sales and purchase data
Assist in maintaining Vertex and SAP functionality
Support SAGE fixed asset reporting system for all matters including federal depreciation methods for federal, state, GILTI, E&P in addition to basis tracking for property tax and insurance reporting
Work closely with others to ensure accurately and timely filings of consolidated federal, state, and local income tax returns, key international filings, and other business-related compliance including environmental waste reporting
Prepare quarterly estimated tax payments and assist with quarterly income tax accruals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with focus/concentration in Accounting, Finance, or Economics from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience
3 to 5 years of tax or accounting experience, including exemption certificate collection, validations, state nexus activities, and/or sales tax audits
2 years working knowledge with SAP, Oracle, or other similar ERP systems
