Qualification
Required
Live-in role with a private on-site apartment
Weekend work is required, with two consecutive days off midweek
Cleaning and care-based work are core parts of the role
Self-directed and detail-oriented
Comfortable working independently
Genuinely enjoys creating thoughtful, welcoming experiences
Strong judgment, consistency, and pride in fundamentals
Preferred
Prior hospitality experience is helpful but not required
