Responsibilities
Establish the company's medium- and long-term strategic framework during the development phase
Clarify the core business direction, growth logic, and boundary conditions
Distinguish between "strategic principles that must be adhered to" and "adjustable tactical paths."
Break down the strategy into key assumptions that can be validated
Design phased validation paths and judgment criteria
When facts emerge, promote rational adjustments, not emotional shifts
Ensure that the strategy is not isolated, but can be truly implemented by operations and business
Collaborate deeply with core positions such as operations, product, and marketing
Avoid the situation where "the strategy is correct, but cannot be implemented."
Providing high-quality strategic analysis to the founding team and management
Providing judgment support at critical junctures (business trade-offs, investment direction, pace adjustments)
Helping management understand "the impact of current decisions on future structure"
Establishing a company-wide strategic evaluation and review rhythm
Regularly reviewing deviations in strategic execution, rather than just looking at results
Forming a closed-loop mechanism of "strategy-execution-feedback-adjustment"
Qualification
Required
20+ years of experience in strategy, general management, or business decision-making
Participated at least once in a critical stage of a company's transition from 'vague direction' to 'clear path'
Can clearly explain which strategies must be determined in advance
Can clearly explain which judgments can be left to market verification
Can make trade-offs when resources are sufficient but time is limited
Can think alongside the founding team, rather than standing in the position of an 'external consultant'
