Responsibilities
Lead strategic sourcing events across software, hardware and digital services
Manage the end to end contract lifecycle from initiation and negotiation to renewal or termination
Develop sourcing and negotiation strategies aligned with enterprise procurement standards
Collaborate with operational contract owners to identify risks and develop mitigation plans
Drive supplier service improvement actions and performance management in line with the SRM framework
Identify and deliver cost saving initiatives across digital spend categories
Maintain accurate contract, sourcing and supplier data in relevant tools and repositories
Contribute to process improvements and commercial capability uplift across the Digital Division
Qualification
Required
7–10 years' experience in technology procurement, strategic sourcing, and vendor management
Strong track record leading large scale sourcing initiatives and complex negotiations
Experience in contract management, category management and strategic procurement planning
Knowledge of advanced sourcing methodologies including TCO analysis and should cost modelling
Strong commercial, legal and risk acumen
Ability to manage competing priorities and operate effectively in ambiguity
Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship building capabilities
Degree in procurement, supply chain, business, commerce or related field
Must be an Australian citizen with the ability to attain and maintain an appropriate level of national security clearance
Preferred
CIPS Level 5/6, AIPCM CPP or equivalent
Lean Six Sigma certification
