Responsibilities

Handle complex litigation matters from inception through resolution, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, motions, briefs, and other pleadings
Oversee document production and manage discovery processes
Collaborate closely with team members and clients to advance litigation strategy
Contribute to thought leadership initiatives through writing, speaking engagements, and client development activities
Participate in in-office collaboration approximately 60% of the time, per firm guidelines

Qualification

Required

JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school
Admission (or eligibility for admission) to the New York Bar
Minimum of 4 years of complex litigation experience
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Team-oriented and professional in all client interactions

Preferred

Judicial clerkship experience is preferred but not required
