Analyzing business requirements
Architecting scalable and compliant solutions
Managing cross-functional teams
Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure optimal project outcomes
Ensuring adherence to best practices
Delivering innovative solutions to meet the unique needs of public sector clients
Qualification
Required
5-8 years of Salesforce experience
3-5 years of Public Sector industry experience
Experience with Public Sector Solutions and OmniStudio, or with Salesforce's Industry Clouds is a must
Strong client-facing written and oral communication skills
Experience with Salesforce project delivery, with a preference towards consulting experience
Interest in the public sector and technology
Active Salesforce PSS certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire
Experience in sales and pre-sales solutioning
Hands-on configuration experience and development is required
Preferred
Experience with Public Sector State & Local customers is a plus
AI Literacy and Judgment: Understands generative AI and LLMs, applying sound judgment in their use, while ensuring data privacy and compliance
AI-Assisted Design and Content Creation: Uses AI tools for exploring solutions and drafting artifacts, maintaining accuracy through human review and oversight
Verification, Quality Control, and Team Enablement: Validates AI outputs against standards and expert input, and guides team members on effective AI usage to boost productivity
