Client Service Assistant

Peacefield Wealth Solutions is a growing financial planning practice seeking a part-time Operations Assistant to assist us in helping clients achieve their financial goals. The Client Service Assistant will be responsible for handling daily client interactions, ensuring client satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer support.

Responsibilities

Perform daily administrative and executive assistant duties that support the practice, including but not limited to telephone and email coverage, coordination of client meetings, and file & calendar maintenance
Prepare, process, and follow up on investment and insurance applications and paperwork accurately and timely
Document activities, tasks, transactions; keep files organized; maintain your own calendar
Maintain existing client relationships through the processing of client requests, resolving client inquiries, and making sure key client information and documentation is up to date
Preparing for client meetings, including agendas, updating financial planning software, and relevant client reporting
Identify and work on projects to help the practice run more efficiently and supports clients' needs
Written and verbal communication and client service skills
Detail orientated with good organizational skills

Required

Preferred

2 plus years in financial services is a plus
Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products
