Responsibilities

Create event-specific landing pages for speaking engagements
Build Kit email sequences for different audience segments
Set up and monitor UTM tracking across campaigns
Tag and segment leads appropriately in Kit
Identify warm leads requiring direct follow-up
Track conversion rates by source and campaign
Set up registration pages and automated email sequences
Track promotional partner performance via UTM codes
Monitor ticket sales and conversion rates
Segment attendees (VIP vs. regular, new vs. returning)
Create speaker and sponsor performance reports
Manage speaker and sponsor deliverables (such as send form requests for logos, headshots, etc., and follow up with non-responders to ensure timely submission)
Maintain the Summit Timeline weekly and alert to deadlines
Manage and alert the sponsor on deliverables from Habrá Marketing (such as social posts, scholarships, etc.)
Manage podcast outreach (create tracking codes, prep materials, follow up)
Handle attendee logistics and email automation
Maintain lead pipeline in tracking system (Google Sheets)
Process leads from speaking engagements and partnerships
Follow up on conference leads per established sequences
Alert to high-engagement leads requiring personal outreach
Track lead source and conversion by channel
Send and collect client onboarding forms (including standard and custom questions)
Compile client materials for session prep
Handle tech setup and logistics for VIP Days
Manage post-session follow-up (thank you notes, gifts, testimonials)
Track client check-ins at 60 and 90 days

Required

Kit expertise (or similar email marketing platform) - email sequences, automation, tagging, segmentation
Landing page creation (in Kit or other website platforms)
UTM tracking - setup, monitoring, and reporting
Analytics and reporting (Google Analytics, Kit reports, creating dashboards)
Tagging and segmentation strategy for lead management
Database management in Google Sheets
Google Workspace fluency (Drive, Sheets, Docs, Calendar)
Understanding of lead nurture funnels and email marketing
Email marketing best practices and conversion optimization
Conversion tracking mindset
Audience segmentation strategy
Marketing automation logic and workflow design
2-4 years of marketing/systems operations experience

Preferred

Experience in nonprofit sector
Understanding of ethical marketing practices
Event marketing experience
Other marketing automation platforms (Zapier, etc.)
Basic design and copywriting skills for landing pages, emails, etc
A 'show don't tell' work style
