Enterprise Partnerships & Growth Lead (Loyalty, Rewards, AI Infrastructure)
Qews LLC is building a next-generation micro-rewards and loyalty infrastructure designed for brands, platforms, and AI-driven applications. The Enterprise Partnerships & Growth Lead will focus on market validation, engaging companies, testing demand, and shaping product positioning while having high ownership over outreach and pilot conversations.

Responsibilities
Identify and engage mid-size to enterprise brands running loyalty, rewards, or engagement programs
Lead discovery conversations with product, marketing, and innovation teams
Pitch pilot programs focused on micro-rewards, loyalty systems, and AI-driven incentives
Gather real-world feedback on pricing, value proposition, and objections
Push qualified opportunities toward pilots, proofs of concept, or letters of intent
Collaborate on refining messaging, use cases, and go-to-market strategy
Track outreach, conversations, and traction weekly
Qualification
Required
3–7 years experience in B2B partnerships, SaaS sales, fintech, martech, or platform ecosystems
Comfortable selling early-stage ideas and pilot programs
Strong communicator who can explain technical concepts simply
Experience speaking with marketing, loyalty, product, or innovation leaders
Self-directed, curious, and execution-focused
Preferred
Experience with loyalty platforms, rewards programs, payments, Web3, or AI tools
Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, Salesforce, Braze, Segment, or similar
