Outside Sales, Waterworks
PACE Supply is seeking a motivated and driven Outside Sales Representative to support our Waterworks Division. This role is responsible for developing new business, growing existing accounts, and managing strong partnerships with underground contractors, municipalities, and key vendors.

Responsibilities
Understand customers' needs and requirements by conducting on-site visits, assessing Waterworks systems, and offering tailored solutions
Deliver effective sales presentations to customers, showcasing the features and benefits of Waterworks products and services
Explain technical specifications, energy efficiency, cost savings, and any other relevant information to persuade customers to choose your offerings
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Provide exceptional customer service, address any concerns or issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction
Regularly follow up with customers to ensure their ongoing needs are met
Prepare accurate and competitive price quotations for Waterworks products and services
Work closely with internal teams to determine pricing strategies, discounts, and negotiate contracts or agreements. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of quotes to customers
Set and achieve sales targets and revenue goals in alignment with company objectives
Develop and execute sales plans, strategies, and tactics to maximize sales growth and profitability
Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting and generating leads for Waterworks products and services. This involves conducting market research, attending trade shows, networking, and building relationships with potential customers
Qualification
Required
High school diploma (or equivalent) is preferred. A combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance of the job would qualify
Minimum of 5 years of experience within the Waterworks Industry. Strong knowledge of material and application
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
Strong communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Proper Phone Etiquette, Phocas Dashboards, Zoom, Microsoft Office Suite Familiarity, Effective written and oral communication
Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
Preferred
10+ years of experience in sales, estimating and project management within the Waterworks Industry is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management preferred
