They are seeking a dependable and resourceful Brand Strategist to take ownership of growing brands across major online marketplaces, focusing on strategy, execution, and account management.

Marketing Services

Responsibilities

Strategize on the growth of each Amazon account assigned, includes monitoring; inventory forecasting/planning/managing, customer service, pricing analysis, profitability, promotional planning, catalog optimization, listing and visual asset enhancement, etc
Use of reports and data analytics to improve listing and overall account performance
Coordinate with Clients and the team on escalations, issues, and updates for each brand assigned
Recommend, and execute different optimization and strategies to improve overall account performance
Assist with onboarding new clients
Oversee and handle account/listing issues
Work with the team, and coordinate updates to all team members within a timely manner to ensure a synchronized approach to the assigned accounts
Hypercommunicative in Slack with different departments and within your team
Coordinate with the advertising team to review the initiatives to ensure efficient use of advertising budget
Work closely with Account Executives and Account Assistants to provide expert marketing perspectives and facilitate implementation of strategies on respective accounts to improve growth and performance
Provide guidance to the team, problem solving, review and approval of day-to-day deliverables in all aspects of the brands assigned
Act as the secondary point of contact for Clients in terms of communicating the overall health of their account, or if in any way needs critical decision-making that needs expert judgment. Manage internal case forms requests (new product launches, listing optimizations, promotions, campaign builds/data, holistic data)

Required

Not afraid to ask questions!
Good understanding of Amazon Seller Central platform (3+ years)
Excellent English communication skills
Understanding of USA top-tier customer service practices (customer is always right and always do what makes the customer happy)
Versatile in Excel/Google Sheets
Handling the following areas on Amazon: Buy Box/3P Sellers, Suppressed Listing, Promo Schedule Planning (internal tools), Prime Exclusive Discount / Coupons / Price Slash / Lightning Deals, FBA vs FBM, Unfulfillable/Stranded Inventory, Parent Variation structure/resolution, PPC Overview - ACOS/TACOS/CTR/CPC/PACE, Listing Optimization (Amazon Best Practices on copy, creative)
