Qualification
Required
Sales experience (memberships, wellness, fitness, hospitality, or similar)
Leadership or management experience
Strong communication and people skills
High accountability, high standards, high energy
Preferred
A proven closer (memberships, fitness, wellness, hospitality, or retail)
Operations-minded and systems-driven
Someone who wants to build, not just clock in and out
Comfortable being the visible leader of a premium studio
Energized by innovation, wellness, and high-end environments
Willing to put in focused effort early to earn long-term leverage and upside
