Director of Partnerships
Rebellion (RBLN) is building a next-generation conference platform for leaders in cybersecurity and AI. They are seeking a Director of Partnerships to lead sponsorship and strategic partner efforts, managing relationships and driving revenue through authentic partnerships.

Responsibilities
Build and manage strategic partnerships across cybersecurity, AI, and technology communities
Own the sponsorship pipeline end-to-end
Identify and engage key decision-makers at target companies
Develop tailored partnership packages aligned with partner goals and RBLN offerings
Drive outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, events, and warm introductions
Maintain CRM accuracy and manage partnership pipeline and forecasting
Collaborate closely with marketing, events, and leadership on campaigns, launches, and activations
Represent RBLN at events, meetings, and industry gatherings to grow brand presence
Cultivate long-term partner relationships to drive renewals and expansion
Consistently meet or exceed revenue and partnership targets
Qualification
Required
5+ years experience in partnerships, sales, business development, or sponsorship (tech or events preferred)
Proven ability to close deals and build lasting relationships
Strong communication and presentation skills
Comfortable sourcing opportunities and building pipelines from scratch
Strategic thinker with a hands-on, builder mindset
Highly organized with experience using CRMs and sales tools
Passion for cybersecurity, AI, or technology ecosystems
Self-starter with a collaborative, entrepreneurial attitude
