Marketing & Growth Intern (Remote: 8-10hrs/ week)
Brushly.art is an artist-built startup focused on empowering artists with an AI-powered studio assistant. They are seeking a Marketing & Growth Intern to work closely with the co-founder on social media, sales, and outreach initiatives, providing hands-on experience in a creative environment.
Responsibilities
Plan and publish content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and X (Twitter): posts, Reels ideas, carousels, captions
Repurpose existing content (emails, blogs, product updates) into platform-specific posts using Brushly’s own tools
Help with targeted outreach to artists, galleries, art communities and partners (DMs, emails, LinkedIn messages)
Support launch and nurture email sequences that highlight Brushly features and user stories
Track basic metrics (reach, clicks, replies) and suggest simple experiments to improve them
Research trends in creator / SaaS marketing and propose ideas we can actually test
Help maintain light CRM and process docs so future team members can build on your work
Qualification
Required
Able to commit ~8-10 hours/week for 6 months (schedule is flexible, but reliability is non‑negotiable)
Strong written communication in English; you enjoy writing captions, emails, and messages
Genuine interest in at least one of: art, creators, marketing, or early‑stage startups
Comfortable working remotely, managing your own time, and giving proactive updates
Curious, resourceful, and goal‑oriented—more 'I'll figure this out' than 'Tell me every step'
Preferred
Experience running your own social media or a small brand account
Familiarity with tools like Canva, Notion, email platforms, or basic analytics
Any connection to the art world (artist yourself, studied art, worked with galleries, etc.)
