Entry Level Sales Representative + Virtual Assistance
LaRevela.com is a SaaS platform helping eCommerce brands identify and convert anonymous website visitors into leads and revenue. They are seeking a Sales Representative + Virtual Assistant to manage outbound outreach, contact enrichment, and demo scheduling while progressively leading demos and closing deals.

Responsibilities
Lead list execution: Work from our provided list of eCommerce stores/brands (primarily Shopify/eCom)
Contact enrichment: Identify decision makers (owner/founder/marketing manager/eCom manager) using LinkedIn, Instagram, websites, and public sources
Outbound outreach: Send well-structured outreach via:
LinkedIn & Instagram messages
Cold/warm email
Optional: phone calls (if comfortable)
Follow-up management: Run follow-up sequences consistently and professionally to move conversations forward
HubSpot discipline: Log all activity in HubSpot (messages, outcomes, follow-up tasks, statuses)
Demo booking: Qualify prospects and book demo calls on our calendar
Demo leadership (growth path): After ramp-up, lead demo calls using our deck/script and handle objections
Pipeline reporting: Weekly reporting on outreach volume, reply rates, demo bookings, and pipeline status
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in B2B outreach and appointment setting (ideally SaaS)
Strong familiarity with eCommerce / Shopify (agency experience is a plus)
Comfortable using LinkedIn/Instagram for business outreach
Experience tracking activities in a CRM (HubSpot preferred)
Excellent written English (clear, concise, persuasive)
Organized, consistent, and able to hit daily/weekly activity targets
Preferred
Experience selling: marketing SaaS, lead gen, CRO, analytics, email/SMS tools, or Shopify apps
Comfort with phone outreach
Understanding of cold email deliverability basics and compliance best practices
