Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish)
American Freedom Insurance Company is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, reporting claims, and ensuring a positive experience through excellent service and efficient data entry.

Answer Calls & Assist Customers: Respond to inquiries with professionalism and care, whether they’re reporting claims or seeking assistance
New Claims Reporting: Help customers start their claims journey with efficiency and empathy
Data Entry: Accurately gather and enter confidential information into our systems
Deliver Excellent Service: Uphold AFIC's commitment to quality, leaving customers with a positive experience
Qualification
Required
Fluent in Spanish and English
Strong attendance and dependability
Experience in customer service, call centers, or collections
Detail-oriented with clerical or data entry experience
Excellent communication and phone skills
Comfortable with multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
Solid PC skills and a typing speed of at least 30 wpm
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Insurance experience is a plus!
