Lead UX strategy and UI design for web apps, platforms, and marketing sites
Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and design systems
Collaborate closely with developers, clients, and project leads
Translate business and user needs into intuitive, beautiful interfaces
Present and defend design decisions to internal teams and clients
Contribute to internal process, documentation, and best practices
Qualification
Required
5+ years of UX/UI or product design experience
Strong portfolio showcasing web/app design and UX thinking
Proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping, etc.)
Experience working with development teams and handing off clean design files
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred
Experience designing with accessibility standards (WCAG)
Familiarity with tools like Webflow, Notion, or zero-height documentation
Experience in early-stage startups or client/agency environments
Branding or visual identity experience is a plus
