Responsibilities
Drive strategic transformation by partnering with senior People and business leaders to define and execute transformation roadmaps — from org design and process automation to analytics enablement and change management
Build the story and the system by creating clear, compelling executive-level presentations, models, and frameworks that drive alignment and decision-making, translating complex data and insights into powerful narratives that inspire action
Operationalize strategy by converting goals into measurable OKRs, dashboards, and trackers, defining what success looks like, and building the tools that help teams get there — driving accountability across the People function and maintaining operating cadences that set the tone for performance culture and transparency
Automate and optimize by identifying manual, repetitive processes and redesigning them through automation, AI, and lightweight systems that save time and reduce error
Engineer order from chaos by developing systems and tools to manage competing priorities, track deliverables, and keep teams ruthlessly organized — not just using templates, but building them
Model like a pro by building and manipulating large data sets to size opportunities, model trade-offs, and drive investment decisions
Act as a trusted consigliere by supporting sensitive, high-stakes projects with discretion and judgment, often being in the room (or behind the deck) for key executive conversations
Plug in where it matters most by immersing yourself in team meetings and projects to spot gaps, connect dots, and jump into priority initiatives — serving as the organizational 'connective tissue' that keeps information, collaboration, and momentum flowing
Zoom in and zoom out by shifting seamlessly from rolling up your sleeves to fix a process singlehandedly to engaging C-suite leaders on strategic direction — sometimes in the same day
Qualification
Required
6+ years of a blend at a top-tier consulting firm and in a People strategy/ops role within a high-growth tech or Fortune 500 company

Fluent in tools that move work forward: advanced Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, data visualization, and automation platforms (Airtable, Zapier, AI copilots, etc.)
High agency and a strong bias for action — the ability to find answers, frame problems, and move work forward without waiting for direction
Obsessive organization and exceptional attention to detail, supported by proven systems for managing work in fast-moving, high-stakes environments
Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to thrive when priorities shift, timelines compress, and solutions aren't immediately clear
Ability to think like a strategist, build like an operator, and communicate like a consultant
Experience creating clarity from complexity
Bias for speed and progress, but never at the expense of quality
Strong intellectual curiosity, humility, and a get-it-done energy

Exposure to AI or automation in business process improvement
