Responsibilities

Own Your Region: Take full operational control of sales activities within your designated territory (openings available across all 50 states)
Enterprise-Grade Selling: Engage directly with owners, Directors of Operations, and C-Suite executives of security companies
Strategic Growth: Move beyond transactional selling. You will build a recurring revenue pipeline by consulting clients on how to modernize their workforce logistics using our platform
Territory Strategy: Develop and execute a go-to-market plan for your specific region, identifying high-value targets in the private security and facility management sectors
Full-Cycle Deal Management: Manage the sales lifecycle from initial discovery and demo to negotiation and closing
Client Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to your clients, ensuring their transition to our software drives measurable efficiency and profit for their business
Market Intelligence: Feed critical field insights back to our product team to ensure we remain the market leader

Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable demonstrating software solutions and articulating technical value propositions clearly
Experience in working with channel partners to drive business growth
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Knowledge of the security industry and SaaS solutions is a plus
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is highly preferred
