Sourcing and cultivating aligned opportunities
Building trust with founders and executive decision-makers
Deep qualification for readiness, fit, and impact
Leading consultative discovery and scoping conversations
Structuring and closing aligned engagements
Supporting clean handoff into delivery
Proactively source and cultivate opportunities through outbound outreach, partnerships, referrals, and network development
Thoughtfully engage prospects rather than relying on mass automation or volume tactics
Build long-term relationship pipelines, not just transactional deals
Collaborate on refining positioning and messaging based on market signal
Steward a structured qualification flow that includes a front-end readiness assessment and educational content — ensuring prospects arrive informed, oriented, and grounded in the work
Lead focused discovery conversations to assess strategic fit, readiness, values alignment, and scope appropriateness
Confidently disqualify misaligned opportunities to protect delivery quality and brand integrity
Partner with founders as needed in late-stage conversations to ensure alignment, depth, and shared confidence prior to close
Navigate nuanced stakeholder dynamics with founders, executives, and leadership teams
Facilitate discovery conversations that surface real business constraints, risks, and decision criteria
Translate complex, intangible value (culture, systems, leadership, change) into grounded business outcomes
Co-create deal structures and close aligned engagements with professionalism and integrity
Ensure clean handoff into delivery with appropriate context and expectation alignment
Maintain continuity where approprate for renewals, expansions, and long-term partnerships
Maintain clear visibility into pipeline health, conversion patterns, deal quality, and cycle velocity
Document and evolve the end-to-end revenue process — including qualification logic, decision pathways, handoff standards, and feedback loops — in partnership with the founder team
Translate qualitative market signal into actionable insights that inform product strategy, positioning, and growth decisions
Operate with disciplined follow-through, clean documentation, and transparent reporting

Required

3+ years in Account Management, Client Success, or consultative sales roles, ideally in SaaS, partnerships, advisory, or complex B2B environments
Experience owning deals from first conversation through close
Comfort sourcing your own pipeline while operating ethically and strategically
Strong listening skills, judgment, emotional intelligence, and executive presence
Ability to say no to misaligned revenue
Comfort selling complex, non-commoditized value
Respect for systems, follow-through, and accountability without micromanagement
Project management excellence with strong organizational systems
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas or driving significant revenue through partnerships
Operate confidently across our CRM, Google Workspace, Google Bookings, and Slack to steward pipeline integrity, communication flow, and continuous system improvement
