Responsibilities
Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients and key accounts in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
Manages the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals
Responsible for communicating the productions needs and costs to the key JStar employees
Understands the products and addresses the needs and requirements of the customers
Negotiates the terms and conditions with clients to close deals
Identifies new business opportunities and working on product development projects
Keeps up to date with Market trends and conditions
Promotes vision by providing customers with creative and broadbased solutions to assist in achieving their goals
Works collectively with sales leaders and JStar employees to ensure effective communication within the company
Assists in implementation of marketing plans
Works with divisions to coordinate sales activities and initiatives
Maintains accurate records of pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by sales team
Maintains contact with clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Minimum High School diploma/GED required
Bachelors' Degree required in Business Management or related field preferred
Strong professional sales and consultative skills, ability to build trusting and strong relationships
Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services, including marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, and sales techniques
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service, including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction
Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships
Ability to travel up to 50%
Ability to function effectively in a crossfunctional work environment
Ability to complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently
Must have a good command of the English language, both written and spoken
