Responsibilities
Own complex, ever-evolving calendars for two Co-Founders
Coordinate internal and external meetings with investors, partners, and technical teams
Manage detailed domestic and international travel logistics
Prepare agendas, materials, and follow-ups for high-stakes meetings
Serve as a communication hub across leadership, internal teams, and key stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Experience supporting visionary Founders in a startup environment
Ability to thrive in early-stage environments
Strong organizational skills
Discretion and emotional intelligence
Ability to anticipate needs before they arise
Enjoyment in supporting leaders building from zero to one
Ability to manage complex, ever-evolving calendars
Coordination of internal and external meetings with investors, partners, and technical teams
