They are seeking a Financial Services Representative to support daily account transfer activities, providing operational support for ACAT transactions and serving as a key point of contact for various stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Provide ACAT (Deliver and Receive) process support to Client Branches, Digital Direct Client Service, and Stock Plan groups
Respond to inquiries via case management systems and phone support
Interact with external broker-dealer firms through phone and email communications
Provide operational support to outsourced vendors
Identify, escalate, and track issues with appropriate urgency
Participate in team meetings to share best practices and discuss volume trends
Contribute ideas and solutions to improve operational efficiency and accuracy
Collaborate with internal operations and technology teams as needed
Qualification
Required

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and risk awareness
