Investment Banking Analyst / Associate

CF Corporation is a global leading firm in the human capital and technology space, operating since 1982. They are seeking an Investment Banking Analyst or Associate to support clients through complex capital markets and advisory transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising.

Responsibilities

Support the execution of investment banking transactions, including M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory mandates
Build and maintain detailed financial models and analyses to evaluate transactions and strategic options
Prepare client-facing materials, including pitch decks, information memoranda, and transaction documentation
Conduct company, industry, and market research to support deal origination and execution
Assist senior bankers in coordinating transaction workstreams and managing timelines
Support due diligence processes, including data analysis and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
Contribute to client development activities through research, analysis, and preparation of marketing materials
Assess transaction-related risks and support adherence to regulatory, compliance, and internal control requirements
Maintain high standards of accuracy, organisation, and confidentiality across all work
Work effectively with colleagues across banking, markets, legal, risk, and compliance teams

Required

Bachelor's degree ideally in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline. We accept also individuals from any degree, especially those numerate based
Experience in investment banking (CF - M&A), asset management, transaction advisory, consulting, or a related analytical role in a corporate or investment-based environment
Strong grounding in financial statements, fundamental analysis, and valuation methodologies
Solid understanding of corporate finance, capital markets, and transaction structures
Experience supporting M&A, capital raising, or strategic advisory work
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear client-ready materials
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Sound judgement and a strong understanding of risk, compliance, and regulatory expectations
