They are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to work closely with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, and Product teams to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions by translating business needs into technical requirements.

Responsibilities
Partner with business stakeholders to define objectives and translate them into clear technical, data, and functional requirements
Elicit and document requirements for analytics, ML, and AI initiatives, including process flows, data mappings, and acceptance criteria
Collaborate with Data Engineers and Data Scientists on predictive modeling, time-series forecasting, ML/deep learning, and GenAI/LLM use cases
Define data inputs, features, model outputs, KPIs, and success metrics
Support production deployment by coordinating requirements across data, platform, and DevOps teams
Support solutions involving data pipelines, REST APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and BI tools
Act as a liaison between business, engineering, data, and product teams to ensure alignment
Participate in Agile ceremonies, support UAT, and validate delivered solutions against business expectations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
3–5+ years of experience in a Technical Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or hybrid Data/BA role
Strong understanding of data engineering and analytics concepts, including: Data modeling and databases (SQL, relational & NoSQL concepts), ETL/ELT and data pipelines
Hands-on experience or strong working knowledge of: Python, SQL, and analytical libraries (Pandas, NumPy, etc.)
Machine learning concepts (regression, classification, forecasting)
Experience working with AI/ML or Data Science teams on real-world use cases
Familiarity with REST APIs, system integrations, and Azure cloud platforms
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
