Responsibilities
To run the full gamut of plaintiff side work from severance and executive compensation negotiations to agency level work to full-on trial representation
Work would also, uniquely, include defense work including defense of agency charges of discrimination and lawsuits and daily advice and counsel to small business clients regarding various employment and labor law issues and policies
Qualification
Required
JD From An Accredited Law School
Active Member Of The New York Bar or Connecticut Bar Required
2-4+ Years of Relevant Experience
Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills
