Case Manager, CAMBA Gardens I

CAMBA is a community organization dedicated to building an inclusive New York City with access to essential resources for all. The Case Manager will provide on-site case management and supportive services to individuals and families in a supportive/affordable housing development, focusing on those who are formerly homeless or facing mental health and substance abuse challenges.
